DESICCATED COCONUT

Desiccated coconut (DC) is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried to remove as much moisture as possible. There are a number of different styles of desiccated coconut used around the world, usually used in making curry, bakery, confectionery, ice cream, drinks and many more.

The desiccated coconuts are graded into two different types: fine grade and medium grade, high fat and low fat. The fine grade is the smallest grading sizes than the medium grade which is quite a bigger in size.

We supply desiccated coconut high fat both fine and medium grades. Our product does not contain any preservatives or additives.
